Tips for collaborative work

  • Ideation: everyone jots down ideas on paper, and then shares
  • Social awareness: listening to and accepting other people's ideas
  • Improvisation: cultivate curiosity about unpredicted results
  • Division of labor: everyone contributes according to their favorite talents
