Recommendations:
- Quick introductions, including what aspect of game design you prefer
- Come up with a team name, but quickly! You can use an online team name generator, like this, or this
- Use the Jamboard or Discord to quickly offer ideas
- NO IDEAS ARE TOO RIDICULOUS FOR A GAME JAM
- Coders: create quick placeholders for sprites, but use descriptive names
- Keep the group meeting room open!
- COMMUNICATE with your group: what you are doing, and how close you are to finishing
Finishing the term
All completed work is due by end-of-day, Friday.
This includes Design Team games, and evidence/documentation of your own personal work.
After Friday, the Promotions (websites) will be shared to both Game Design programs, and Rosy will be sharing them as part of the summer term promotions for ASM in general.
Submitting your final project
One person from each Design Team can submit the finished team project.
Include:
- The title of your project
- A brief statement about your project
(such as: what inspired it, or something that would be good for the player to know about your concept before playing)
Submitting more personal work for your website
Please send me whatever you canI would love to have your page loaded up with stuff before these sites are shared publicly.
