Program meetings:
Feb. 26–May 8

Tues/Wed/Thurs, and a couple of Fridays
5:00–7:30 p.m.

Attendance

You are required to attend ALL program meetings
You are permitted 4 absences — there are no excused absences or makeup meetings!
15 minutes late to a meeting is considered a full absence. Leaving 15 minutes early is also considered an absence.

Take a picture of your Bank Direct Deposit Form and store it in your phone's camera roll.
Fill out a Direct Deposit Form. Follow the instructions, and be prepared to provide your DOB and SS#.
