Gothick Reforme was a CDR release by EC Brown and i'Diamond, stemming from recordings made from 1996-2000. Whereas most of Brown's recorded works involved organized reel-to-reel tape loops and long-playing samples, this particular project generated messier layers of small handheld instruments, plastics, wood, organic materials, various household implements, cheap toy keyboardsall inspired by the Puzzle Punks and Stone Breath recordings as well as the experimental tinkerings taking place in Myopic's basement each Monday. A collaborator persona was invented, for reasons half-remembered, and the CDR was published as a collection of "live duets" (and re-released on cassette by the Earjerk label in 2009).
