Assignment 5: A Brilliant Ensnarement

Select and present a marketing, outreach, or communication-design campaign that you consider to be amazing and innovative in the way that it confounds an audience, and establishes an unexpected relationship with that audience. Or, in a related fashion, pulls the audiences from passivity to active engagement.


This campaign might involve corporate product advertising, viral or guerrilla marketing schemes, ambient media, public awareness programs, cultural campaigns (music, film, print, etc.), political campaigns, religious campaigns, or even schemes developed by subcultures/counter-cultures.


The name of the game is to teach the rest of us something, so please pick a communication campaign that we aren't already familiar with.
